Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Shipping Policy

Please allow us 3-5 business days to pack and ship your order.

We offer shipping via USPS Ground Advantage or First Class shipping. Shipping times may vary. Please review the shipping estimate timeframes below:

  • US Domestic orders: 1-2 weeks
  • International orders:  4-6+ weeks

Returns/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns/exchanges.

If you have not received your order within 21 days (USA) or 40 days (international) please contact us at shopmoondewcs@gmail.com with your order information and we will try to assist you. 

Damaged/Missing Items

If the item(s) you receive is defective or missing please OR if we made a mistake on our part contact us at shopmoondewcs@gmail.com within 14 business days (2 weeks) of the ship date so we can make it right. We cannot assist you after 14 business days.


Do you ship internationally?

If your delivery address is in any of the countries we cannot ship to, your order will be canceled.

Any international import taxes/fees/charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee.

Need to make a change/cancel order?

Cancellations
Please email us at shopmoondewcs@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel.

Making a change
If you have not received a shipping email of the order, please email us at shopmoondewcs@gmail.com with your order number information and we can help provide the changes. If you have already received a shipping notification email, we have most likely shipped your order out and unfortunately won't be of any help.
